My name is Mary Kruger and I truly appreciate the importance and value our feet provide the rest of our bodies.
Our feet take us everywhere and they also tell a story. I began my journey into health through good friends who taught me about nutrition, proper food combining and a more "natural" healthy lifestyle. A good friend of mine introduced me to Reflexology.
I had my first Reflexology treatment with her and was so impressed with the results that I decided to study this healing modality myself. Here I am today, a Registered Reflexologist who is ready to take care of you.
